KUANTAN: The illegal cultivation in Cameron Highlands has become more rampant due to the availability of cheap foreign labour, Pahang Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob (pic) said.
Adnan said the state government could not curb such widespread illegal cultivations as it lacked manpower and logistics support.
