KUCHING: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has spent close to RM50.9mil to aggressively acquire shares in associate company Perdana Petroleum Bhd (Perdana) from the open market.
The Miri-based integrated service provider to the oil and gas (O&G) industry purchased an aggregate of 30,432,500 Perdana shares for RM50.89mil from Oct 13 to Nov 4.
