KUCHING: Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) has awarded a RM68mil contract to CMS Land Sdn Bhd for the design, construction and completion of a proposed 11-storey SEDC office building at the Isthmus here.
CMS Land is a subsidiary of CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd, which is 100% owned by Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS). SEDC has a 49% stake in CMS Land and is a substantial shareholder of CMS with direct equity interest of 7.78%.
