TWO politicians have joined the efforts to preserve the historical Vivekananda Ashram building the way it is and prevent the development of a residential high-rise on the land.
Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar and Penang Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy held a joint press conference in front of the iconic building’s locked gates yesterday to reveal their plan to get the building gazetted.
