SIBU: A land clearing contractor accused of murder will know by tomorrow whether he would be called to enter his defence when the High Court make its ruling on three charges.
Jacob Tiang Lee Yee, 45, was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code with the murder of his wife, Ling Yung Ming, 40, Christine Tiang Soon Ai,14, and Victor Tiang Soon Sheng, 2, on July 5, 2013 between 6.20am and 9.50am in their family house at No. 14B, Lorong 1B, Pulau Li Hua here.
