Art academy students shine incompetition aimed at inspiring youth

STUDENTS of Dasein Academy of Art in Wangsa Maju bagged 21 out of 29 cash prizes up for grabs at Tanjong PLC’s 2014 National Level Heritage Art Competition recently.

Divided into five categories — oil/acrylic, mixed media, watercolour, charcoal/pencil/ink and print-making — this year’s competition saw a total of RM53,500 in prize money presented to 29 winners.
