DAMANSARA-Puchong Expressway (LDP) concessionaire Lingkaran Trans Kota (Litrak) Sdn Bhd said there were several reasons for the flash floods that affected the highway following a downpour recently.
“Since the Kelana Jaya Customs Complex was built in 2007, we have had recurring flash floods at this location.
