SOME 40 local and international teams will be taking part in the two-day Penang Pesta Dragon Boat Race 2014, with a team from Iran participating for the first time.
Penang International Dragon Boat Festival (PIDBF) committee chairman Danny Law Heng Kiang said the international teams participating will come from Singapore, the Philippines, Brunei, Hong Kong, the United States and Thailand.
