Ads sprouting along roads are eyesores and distract drivers, says CAP

THE Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) is upset over the big number of outdoor advertisements in the state, saying that they blocked views and distracted road users.

CAP president S.M. Mohamed Idris claimed that commercial outdoor advertisements in Penang had increased in numbers, size and variety over the years.
