DEFENDER Mohd Azhar Rusli was the toast of the Alor Setar City Council (MBAS) football team as he led his team to victory over Muda Agricultural Development Authority (MADA) in the semi-finals of the Tunku Panglima Besar knock-out soccer tournament.
His goal in the 70th minute enabled MBAS to register a narrow one-nil win against MADA in a keenly contested match at the Istana Anak Bukit grounds on Thursday.
