Mayor urges residents to work with council to control and prevent dengue disease

THE number of dengue cases reported in areas under the Ipoh City Council’s (MBI) jurisdiction until Oct 25 have amounted to a total of 1,983 cases, including five deaths.

Mayor Datuk Harun Rawi said the figure represented 79.7% of the total number of cases in the Kinta district and 43.3% in Perak.
