IT WAS a blissful day with bouquets of vibrant flowers and plush bears in demand as Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) celebrated its 14th convocation ceremony recently.
This year’s convocation saw a total of 1,278 students receiving their graduation scrolls at the university’s Chancellor Hall in Bandar Seri Iskandar.
