THE sudden increase in dengue cases in Selangor this year has led to the setting up of several community-based volunteer groups and task forces by the local councils to help combat the menace.

Everyone has joined forces to search and eradicate Aedes mosquitoes at homes and educate residents on the dangers of the disease.
