MIRI: Another 200,000ha of forests in Sarawak will be turned into national parks within the next eight months, taking the total acreage of national parks in Sarawak to the one million-ha mark.
Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem had directed the State Forestry Department to identify those areas where new national parks could be created.
