THE two-day long Royal Belum International Rainforest Festival — The Finale came to a splashing end as more than 10,000 people converged at Dataran Ipoh despite the torrential downpour earlier in the evening.
The rain, which gradually reduced to a drizzle, did nothing to dampen the spirit of dancers and performers who enthralled the crowd with traditional dances in their vibrant eye makeup and elaborate cultural outfits.
