UNDERPRIVILEGED children from Rumah Kebajikan Seri Cahaya had a ball of a time celebrating an early Deepavali at Georgetown City Hotel.
A total of 15 children from the home in Balik Pulau, Penang, were treated to scrumptious delicacies after lighting up a ‘Kuttu Vilakku’ (traditional Indian lamp) with hotel staff members.
