IF everybody stops littering, we would not have to deal with the problem of unsightly and dirty surroundings.
While I see no excuse at all to even throw a sweet wrapper anywhere except into the rubbish bin, I think the authorities concerned have to do their part too - provide enough rubbish bins in public places!
