THE Manjung Municipal Council has frozen the issuance of licences for reflexology centres starting from Sept 1.
Manjung Municipal Council president Datuk Zamri Man said this measure had to be taken because operation inspections have shown that these businesses did not abide by the terms of approval and the council’s by-laws.
