MIRI: The Indians in Sarawak have been urged to be more cohesive and strengthen their collaborations with each other in order to further uplift their economic status in this state.

Miri Indian Association chairman Karambir Singh, speaking during a Deepavali gathering here, said that the Indians in Sarawak, though small in number, have been playing important roles in the social and economic circles.
