THE Seberang Perai Tengah (SPT) Indian Football Association wants to make the V. Vasutheyvan Cup football tournament a platform to identify young talents in Penang.
The inaugural tournament will be contested by 29 Under-11 teams from the 28 Tamil primary schools in the state and invitational team SK Stowell.
