KUCHING: The government must take strong action on its request to the Federal Government to raise the oil royalty from 5% to 20% rather than wait for an answer, according to Sarawak DAP.
Its chairman, Chong Chieng Jen, said that six months had passed since the State Legislative Assembly passed a historic resolution calling for the increase.
