Dayang on a fund-raising exercise

KUCHING: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has sold 52.1 million new ordinary shares at RM3.37 per share under the first tranche of a private placement. The tranche raised gross proceeds of nearly RM175.6mil.

With the listing of the new shares on Oct 1, this has raised Dayang’s issued and paid up share capital to 877,099.935 units of 50sen each.
