THE Alor Setar City Council (MBAS) defeated the 19th Royal Malay Regiment (RMR) to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Tunku Panglima Besar Cup soccer competition.
They put up a clinical display of attacking football to carve out a 3-1 win against the hardy Army team in a second round match at the Istana Anak Bukit ground in Alor Setar on Wednesday.
