THE Miss Hard Rock Southeast Asia title remained in Penang for a second consecutive year with the triumph of local lass Gwendolynn Ann Jie Lin Samuel.
The 22-year-old, who finished runner-up in the Penang selection earlier, went one better and claimed the overall crown in the grand finals held at Hard Rock Hotel Bali in Indonesia.
