NINETEEN climbers, including a cancer survivor, have achieved their mission of conquering Mount Kinabalu while raising RM152,600 for poor cancer patients.
The climbers — five Makna staff members and 14 volunteers, including cancer survivor Ahmad Nazri Hamzah, an amputee — ascended the tallest mountain in South-East Asia as participants of the annual climbing expedition “Klimb for Kancer” organised by Makna since 2012.
