EXCITABLE children frolicked and bounced around in a sea of inflatables, enraptured by the pleasures of simple back-to-basics fun in 1st Avenue Penang’s Balloon Safari.
Laughter abounded as they lost themselves in the buoyant playground, filled with thousands of colourful balloons, and surrounded by several animal and plant balloon sculptures.
