IT’S not every day you get to see people queueing up for free hawker food in Gurney Drive, Penang.

Cyclist Lim Kok Wong, 55, and his four cycling buddies were among the 3,000 happy recipients enjoying complimentary char koay teow, rojak, Hokkien mee, assam laksa and a variety of other dishes at Ying Pin Dim Sum Restaurant in conjunction with the Full Moon Festival.
