THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) held a seminar on the importance of maintaining grease traps.

The day-long programme on Sept 10 was aimed at obtaining feedback from the 47 participants, made up of business associations and restaurant owners, on the management and care of grease traps in food premises.
