FORM Three schoolboy Khoo Ka Leong was ecstatic when he found out that he had won the Eastin Hotel Penang Children’s Art Competition for the 11 to 15 age group category for the second time in a row.
Ka Leong, 15, whose painting of a traditional kampung setting with its inhabitants playing with traditional games such as the congkak and gasing captivated the hearts of the judges.
