Driving home the message on good service

BY the time you read this, I would have attended and, hopefully, completed the Langkawi Ironman triathlon — a mega race comprising a 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride and a full 42km marathon back to back in one day.

However, this titan task aside, I will be flying out with my bike and my wife and having a well-needed break there, though it won’t exactly be a laid-back holiday, as you might well imagine.
