PARKING coupons have made a comeback in Selangor, after more than a decade of relying on parking machines at council parking bays.
Currently, only two local authorities, the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) and the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) are using the scratch cards that some believe are more convenient.
