KUCHING: The Election Commission (EC) should give more emphasis to rural seats in its redelineation exercise as these often cover big areas.
In this respect, PRS president Tan Sri James Masing said he was pleased to note that the EC was looking at Hulu Rajang as a possible area where a new state seat could be carved out.
