PENANG Barisan Nasional Youth has urged the state government to improve the management of the Penang Botanic Gardens before asking for more management authority over the Penang National Park from the Federal Government.
Its chief H’ng Chee Wey said several visits were made over the past month and they found that the Gardens was not being properly managed.
