IN conjunction with the Merdeka celebration, the Hilir Sungai Pinang Rukun Tetangga committee in Penang organised a mini carnival to help promote the National Day spirit.
Its organising chairman Mohd Ameen Mohd Aboo Baida said the committee had been organising such a carnival for the past 20 years.
