JOHOR BARU: Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) has reminded dog owners to be more responsible toward their pets or face stern action from the council.
Mayor Abdul Rahman Mohamed Dewam said the council is responsible to issue licence for those wanting to keep dogs as pets or security measures.
