A GROUP of 94 Perlis teenagers visited the Cerebral Palsy Children’s Association of Penang as part of the northern state’s ongoing character-building programme for its excellent students.
The visit was for the students to have a first-hand experience to see and understand cerebral palsy and the children stricken by the disease.
