A HOUSEOWNER has literally turned his bungalow unit in Taman Rapat Koperasi, Ipoh into what resembles a Minangkabau palace, much to the ire of nearby residents.
But what has made them angrier is that the Ipoh City Council (MBI) has completely turned a blind eye to the extensive renovation works being carried out.
