National Day celebrations to be low key in respect of Sultan’s passing

THE state-level National Day celebrations this year will be a low-key affair as a of mark respect to the 100 days mourning period following Sultan Azlan Shah’s passing in May.

State executive councillor Datuk Saarani Mohamad said there would be four events lined up between Aug 17 and Sept 15.
