A HUSBAND-AND-WIFE team from Penang has been rewarded with the 35th Takeo Iwahashi Award for their continuous and outstanding work for the blind community.

Kuala Lumpur-born Wong Yoon Loong, 48, and his wife Christina Anne Lau, 49, both from the Japan Braille Library Penang, were recognised for their efforts in leading workshops on computerised braille production.
