Mosque to become the first in Penang catered for Chinese Muslims


AFTER five years of asking for a mosque to call their own, the Chinese Muslim community in Penang will have that wish fulfilled come Saturday.

State Religious Affairs Committee chairman Datuk Abdul Malik Abul Kassim said the Masjid Titi Papan in Burma Road, George Town, would become the first Chinese Muslim mosque in the state.
