Parking fines in Weld Quay declared null and void

PENANG Municipal Council (MPPP) summonses issued to motorists, who parked in Weld Quay without displaying MPPP parking coupons, have been declared null and void.

Numerous motorists had complained that the parking bays were unnumbered and no signboards were put up to give notice of the imposition of MPPP coupon system in the vicinity.
