JOHOR BARU: There has been a 4.30% drop in accident cases during the first week of the Ops Selamat compared to the same period of the festive season last year.
Johor police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said that some 1,418 accident cases were recorded during the first week of operation for Raya last year while the numbers reduced to 1,357 cases this year.
