Saying a prayer for a safe journey home

THE annual exodus out of the cities, popularly referred to as balik kampung, begins in earnest this weekend.

While Muslims head back to their hometowns to celebrate Hari Raya with their parents and relatives, the non-Muslims will also be taking advantage of the long weekend to visit family and friends or to go on holiday.
