VISITORS to Star Property Fair 2014 can join in a series of captivating Property Talks scheduled from 11.30am to 6pm daily, at G Hotel’s Salon III and IV (Level 2).
Gain an insight into property-related matters like mortgage and financing, feng shui, current market outlook and trends, GST (Goods and Services Tax) and RPGT (Real Property Gains Tax) in sessions conducted by industry experts.
For today, Master David Koh - who developed and wrote the Geomancy Degree syllabus for Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Tongji University Shanghai in China - will speak on ‘Green Architecture in Feng Shui Perspective (Part I)’ starting 2pm.
This is followed by AljeffriDean PLT managing partner Neoh Chin Wah’s session on ‘RPGT’ at 3.30pm, and REI Group of Companies CEO and co-founder Dr Daniele Gambero’s talk on ‘Iskandar Malaysia: The Way Forward’ at 5pm.
Tomorrow, Koh will continue with Part II of his discussion at 11.30 am, followed by GM Training Academy CEO and founder Michael Yeoh’s forum on ‘Mortgage Financing: Implications and Strategies for 2014’ at 2pm.
At 3.30pm, TY Teoh International national tax director Richard Onn will share his views on ‘GST: How Does It Affect the Public and Property Investor’, while numerologist Master Marinah Ng speaks about ‘Properties, Numbers and You’ at 5pm.
Taking the stand on Saturday are Chris Tan, with his session on ‘Legal Challenges in Property Purchase 2014’ at 11.30am, and T. Selva’s ‘Creating A Home Sweet Home Through Vasthu Sastra (Indian Feng Shui)’ at 2pm.
The programme culminates with the ‘My First Home Seminar’ conducted by veteran trainer Timothy Law, along with Yeoh and Tan, starting 3.30pm. Topics include ‘Better Late Than Never: A Well-tested Principle in Owning Your First Property’, ‘Mortgage Financing for First-time Home Buyers’, and ‘Back to Basics: Watch What You Sign, Homebuyers’.
On Sunday, Selva returns with ‘Attracting Positive Energy Into Your Home Using Pyramids’ at 11.30am, with Zeon Properties Group CEO Leon Lee sharing about ‘Infrastructure: The Key Factor of Property Investment’ later at 2pm.
Michael Geh, senior vice-president of Raine and Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd, will air his views on the ‘Penang Property Outlook’ at 3.30pm, with Oon returning for another session on GST, at 5pm.
Another highlight of the Star Property Fair 2014 is the Dip & Win contest, with more than RM30,000 worth of prizes like iPad Minis, Samsung tablets, mountain bikes, gift vouchers and more sponsored by Ivory Properties Group Bhd, up for grabs.
