MALACCA: Tasty and authentic kampung dishes are being offered as Ramadan menus by illegal cybercafe operators here to lure more youths to patronise such outlets during the Holy Month.
Housing, Local Government and Environment committee chairman Datuk Ismail Othman said operators of these illegal outlets were resorting to various tactics to fish for clients.
