AFTER a two-year wait, kiosks built by the Government under the e-Kasih programme for the poor in various areas are ready but sadly, most still remain unoccupied.
A check in Buntong and Taman Seri Ampang, where some of the kiosks are located, found only one or two stalls open for business, while in some places the whole row of the kiosks remain unoccupied.
