Residents urged to form volunteer groups to overcome drug-related problem in the state


THE Perak state government has called upon the people living in villages or housing areas to form volunteer groups to monitor and overcome drug-related activities in the state.

Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said these groups were akin to “neighbourhood watch” groups, but their focus would be on combating the drug menace.
