JOHOR BARU: A total of 1,000 energy-saving LED ceiling lights will be distributed for free to the poor staying in the Johor Baru parliamentary area.
One of the recipients Ibrahim Salim, 57, hoped that the new ceiling light could help save a bit of his utility bill in the long run.
