Teraju dishes out over RM50mil to bumiputra companies

KUCHING: The Federal Government’s Bumiputra Agenda Steering Unit (Teraju), set up in 2011, has disbursed more than half of its RM100mil allocation for Sarawak.

Four state-based companies received facilitation funds totalling more than RM20mil recently, bringing the total amount dished out so far to RM62mil: Amalgamated Plant Engineering Sdn Bhd received RM1.03mil; Bunga Tenaga Sdn Bhd, RM6.6mil; Petra Resources Sdn Bhd, RM6.45mil; and Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd, RM4.43mil.
