SIBU: There were more questions raised than answers at a dialogue between hawkers from the central and night markets here, and the Sibu Municipal Council (SMC).
The event on Thursday night was a culmination of a series of tough measures taken by the council upon traders for various offences, which included trading less than the mandatory 25-day a month, renting out their licences and doing wholesale business.
